LISA Support

LISA is your personal AI assistant. Choose LISA Cloud to sign in without a Mac, or connect your own Mac running LISA.

Sign in and connect

In Lisa Pocket, select Settings → LISA Cloud. Use Apple, Google when available, or an email sign-in code. Existing password accounts can expand “Use a password instead”. Choose My Mac to scan the pairing code from your Mac. Both connections are saved separately; conversations are not automatically copied between them.

Credits and purchases

After cloud sign-in, open Settings → LISA account → Add credits. Purchases are consumable AI usage credits. If a payment completed but credits did not arrive, sign in to the same account and reopen the app. Contact us with the transaction identifier; never send a password, sign-in code, or full receipt publicly.

Account and data

To delete your cloud account, open Settings → LISA account → Delete account. Unpairing a Mac only removes that connection from the phone. Read our privacy policy before sharing data with AI services.
